Here is what we will be doing for you in this process of recruitment support
Understanding the job requirement and advertise the job for you either in the job portals we have access to or in the job portals you have direct access to.
We create google excel sheets giving you access to view the recruitment work in progress anytime (live view of work in progress).
We work on applications received by first emailing them about the job, asking them a list of questions and informing them of the first level tests that they need to take up (all the details of conversation will be updated in the excel spreadsheet).
In Parallel, we will identify suitable candidates from the list of applicants and start calling them. Our Candidates specialist will speak to each of these candidates and get the answers to the first level basis questions (which we can customize to your filtering requirements) and motivate / follow-up the candidates to take up the tests emailed to them.
The profiles filtered based on first level basic questions, along with their test sheets would be sent to the your evaluator to confirm results of the test.
The shortlisted candidates would be planned for telephonic / video or face to face round of interview with your Lead or Management. The entire interview coordination would be managed by the recruitment team, including multiple rounds of interview coordination till either offer letter is issued or candidate is rejected.
In Parallel, pipeline of other applicants is kept warm and follow-up with other suitable candidates to progress them to face to face level of interview will continue.
Above mentioned steps are repeated till hiring is concluded.
Issuance of offer letter, follow up to get offer letter accepted by candidates and background verification of the documents submitted by the candidate including conversation with two / three referrals is done by the recruitment team itself.
Counselling candidates towards offer alignment and engaging with the candidate till joining will also be managed by the recruitment team.
