Annual Maintenance Contract Terms
1. Annually specific tickets included in each AMC Contract depending on the package chosen.
2. Each ticket can be used for a query on Zoho Application with the professional fees of upto INR 500 or an equivalent of upto 30 mins training.
3. AMC can be used for any issue regarding working / ongoing Zoho Application or portal brought to us. If the outage is due to change in features by Zoho, then, alternate option for the same will be presented.
4. Tickets would be for support on usage of portal or any error while using the portal.
5. This AMC does not cover additional user licenses or access to other Zoho applications.
6. This AMC is specifically for the purpose of service support across Zoho Applications where Srisattva is tagged as Zoho Partner.
7. The tickets under this AMC can be used for migration of data support. Each ticket can support upto 40 records to be migrated.
8. Turnaround time to look into the issue upon raising of ticket is 24 hours (1 business day). Business days are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, excluding declared public holiday.
9. Problem resolution time could vary from 48 hours onwards depending on complexity of issues.
10. This AMC does not cover or involve implementation or customization or integration or API linkages or any such work which is not in the list of our AMC coverage. Any such work will be considered out of scope and will need to separately discussed for mutual terms, efforts and fees.

12. Requirements of support or training beyond the usage permitted within this engagement, will be charged additionally as per on demand support or training charges prevalent at the time of availing the on-demand support.
13. A ticket can be considered proportionately for lower value transactions.
14. Multiple tickets can be clubbed together and availed for a higher value transaction covered within this AMC agreement.
15. The tickets will not be carried forward to next AMC agreement or year. It will expire / lapse at the end of AMC Period.
